This is a woman in her 20s who underwent a Breast Augmentation and Vaser Lipo 360 BBL by Dr. Azizi. She had 400cc mod plus implants, under the muscle, and Vaser liposuction of the abdomen/flanks/back with fat transfer to the buttocks and hips. She had good quality skin and some stubborn fat around her midsection that Vaser lipo helped to shape. She also had breasts that were smaller than she liked, and we were able to get a natural and perky shape with submuscular, silicone breast implants. She is seen 3 months postop here and swelling will continue to go down around her midsection but she will retain all the butt/hip volume. Remember sizes are going to differ based on each patient’s height and breast measurements (400cc will look different on someone 5’2” vs someone 5’10”).

This is a woman in her 20s that had tuberous breast that came for breast improvement. In tuberous breast, the inferior fold of the breast is too high, the breast is constricted and pointy, and there is outward movement/herniation of the areola. To fix all this, Dr. Azizi performed a breast augmentation, under the muscle with silicone implants, and a circumareolar mastopexy (scar around the areola) to reduce and set the areola into a more normal shape. She is seen here about 1-2 months postop with nice rounding and improvement of her overall shape. Tuberous breast is a more complex breast situation and needs to be addressed in specific ways.
