Eligibility

Promotion Period
Entries will be accepted from May 1 through May 31, 2026. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM CST on May 31, 2026.
How to Enter
Participants may enter by submitting their information via the official entry form, in-office sign-up, or other designated method. Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise specified.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a GlowLift Series treatment package. Prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or substituted.
Winner Selection & Notification
Winner will be selected at random and notified within five (5) days following the end of the promotion period via phone and/or email. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
Medical Eligibility
All treatments are subject to medical consultation and approval. If the selected winner is not a suitable candidate for the GlowLift Series, an alternative treatment of equal or lesser value may be offered at the provider’s discretion.
Scheduling & Redemption
Treatment must be scheduled within 90 days of winning and completed within a timeframe determined appropriate by the provider.
