Dr. Ramsen Azizi was born and raised in Chicago, where he completed his undergraduate studies, medical school, and residency training. During his residency, he had the opportunity to work with some of the leading facial plastic surgeons in the field, which sparked his passion for aesthetic surgery. With over 25 years of experience in music production and performance, Dr. Azizi brings a unique, creative approach to problem-solving in the operating room.

For his fellowship, Dr. Azizi trained with the prestigious Long Island Plastic Surgical Group in New York, the nation’s largest and one of its oldest plastic surgery programs. Here, he worked alongside over 40 expert surgeons, refining advanced techniques that prioritize both exceptional aesthetic outcomes and patient safety. Following more than 2,000 procedures, he returned to Chicago to establish his own practice.
